I just want to add that this shops customer service hasn't improved. Still RUDE! Went in on Valentines day 2015 for birthdays gifts. Watched the crabby lady (5ft 4" black hair) scare a man in his early 20's buying a gift for his sister. He was in greasy overalls just come from work look last minute gift for sister. The lady couldn't have been more unhelpful. When he was clearly struggling for guidance the lady just said the bracelets are over there! He left the shop. I have a girlfriend told me she was asked the put something down when she picked it up. My experience is : I was buying a gift for a friend. I chose a present but I got cold feet on giving it. I went to exchange it. The lady behind the counter told me that the gift couldn't be exchanged again because they only exchange gifts once! My friend hadn't even seen the gift yet. I bought ear rings but wasn't told I couldn't exchange them - (a common practice I now have learnt) but the lady knew I WAS BUYING THEM AS A GIFT. ...read more
Wrapt has some beautiful pieces, but the staff is so rude. To be honest they really destroy the experience at the shop, and deter me from buying anything there. The shop management stood by my side the whole experience and if I touched or even looked at anything for too long they would tap the 'please do not touch without staff' sign. The staff make the shopping experience at Wrapt completely undesirable and after shopping there once and being treated like a robber I don't think I will return anytime soon. Too bad the shop isn't run by approachable friendly people because I could spend a lot of money there!
My girlfriend and I have gone shopping in this store a few times and like the other reviewer I totally agree. There are some lovely gifts in here however the staff is incredibly rude. You are not made to feel welcome at all in the store and if anything the staff hover around you and look at you like you are going to shop lift! I don't know whether the management but if they aren't they really need to change staff. this is exactly why people now shop online so they don't have to deal with rude people like them.
