Terrible service. Agree with others. As soon as you sign and pay 10%. Keep getting the run around. That was 12 months ago. I'm still waiting..... lots of excuses and still no progress. One of the worst experiences. I'm almost at the point of writing off my 10% deposit and trying with another builder.

Just wow. My wife and i are so pleased by the finished product. Not only Does it look amazing, It keeps the kids busy during the summer! We approached many other pool companies ith the idea of our pool, but were impressed and ensured by Wright Pools and their team the most. Special mention to their awesome sales team and ill definately be recommending Wright Pools to friends and family.
I have unfortunately had to deal with Wright Pools. Pool was meant to be built in 3 months it took 18. They have taken no responsibility whatsoever. The worst client service imagniable. They are $30k over budget with no end in sight. Just abysmal all round. Do yourself a favour and never use them.

Zero stars. Company is available 24/7 until you have signed the contract and paid deposit.
Communication is non existant and completely driven by the customer. Appalling scheduling and project management. If I hadnt experienced it first hand I wouldnt have believed how seriously flawed the experience would be.
Highly recommend you sign with a different builder.
