I give 1 start to them as their Staff Andre was rude and hung up the phone on me.
I was sent to them by Budget Direct to inspect and get a quote fore a paint repair which I was looking to do it only if the person at fault would have paid for excess so I told them to assess it but I would only go ahead with that if the insurance don't charge me the excess.
I also asked for a quote for some other paint job and the when I received the quote, called them to get clarification on that and to understand the quote better plus there were some two more items that I wanted to know the repair cost but this guy said I know you don't want to go ahead with the repair so I can't spend time for you and after a rude mono conversation he said bye bye and hung up the phone on me.
