As a local I was so excited to try this restaurant as it looked so lovely and was normally busy. However, we both were very unimpressed! We were received with a very flippant and unfriendly service with little to no knowledge about their meals. The 3 staff who interchangeably served us couldn't even make a lemon lime and bitters properly. The drink looked like lemonade! We dined at 5:30 pm on a Friday and we weren't even told about the early discount and were made to feel cheap when we inquired about it after our meals. Therefore, the staff failed to mention that we could have had a free entree or house wine. They were actually going to charge us! The rice was gluggy and dry, the meals were cold and bland. We finished our meals and the staff didn't even attempt to ask us if we were finished or ready so we had to go to the counter. No effort, very displeased and will never return.
The VERY BEST red curry ever! Great friendly service. I had food envy for my dining partner's choice (the lamb cutlets - also devine) until I tasted my own and then was very reluctant to share! Delicious, well presented and served with a smile. Will be back! It is no wonder this restaurant is busy busy busy!
