Went to this pharmacy around 8:50 to 9pm for the doctor's prescription, the pharmacist (round face, black hair one) was servicing the customer in front of me, and the another young was servicing on another counter, there were two lines at the same time. Then the round face one went to the young one's counter after finishing with my front one. She was about to service the first client who seemed to know each other, the first client saw me and realized I was before her coming to the store, then she gave me in front and apologized in front of the pharmacist. I didnot mind at that time if who was going first or second. But the lady insisted me going first. Then this round face pharmacist put my prescription paper on the table and then started to service the lady for medication. After I picked up the medication, the same lady already stood in the register to pay for her medication. She saw me behind her and she gave a surprising look on me. I find this pharmacy to be really good. they are open 7 days a week from 8am-10pm which i like as a lot of pharmacies close early. They usually have a lot of prescription medications in stock and their other products are reasonably priced compared to other pharmacies.
Discusted!!!! Rang to ask a simple question and got hung up on! Worst phone manners
Firstly I would like to apologise for your experience. We have fully investigated this but have found no instance in the past week of someone being hung up on by the pharmacy. To get to the bottom of this we need your help with some more detail. Do you recall the time and day it happened and which staff member was serving you? Was it a bad phone connection that cut you off or did someone deliberately hang up on you? If you can provide us with a bit more information we will identify who did it and take appropriate action. We strive to provide the best possible service and will treat this seriously if indeed we find one of our staff member was being rude to a customer. Please call us on 97488198 and ask to speak to Kevin our manager there and he will endeavour to help you as best he can. Happy to pay 144% more for the same product. One example is Gliclazide MR Tablets 300 (3 x 100) - $23.10 for 300 at another pharmacy . Their price for 300 is $18.65 x3 = What a rip off

Our staff confirmed that we had no requests or queries recently for 300 x Gliclazide MR, so I'm uncertain when your query occurred. In any case I would respectfully reject your claims that we rip people off. $18.65 for 100 is the set NHS price by the government and is what is charged by all pharmacies for the prescription to count towards your Safety Net. However if you want greater quantities they need to be done as a Private Prescription. We price our private prescriptions as competitively as we can and will price match where possible. Our standard private price for 300 x Gliclazide MR is significantly less than the $18.65 x 3 you mentioned. It could be a simple case of miscommunication that led to your poor experience.
