We will never use this company again! After numerous appointments,installer was a no show and did not even call us to advise the installer could not attend. The issue was eventually escalated to customer service where I listened to apologies, but no responsibility for installers actions. Finally blinds were installed, only to have damage to our floorboards from falling blinds, dirty windows and blinds, chipped plaster on window frame.

ONCE AGAIN we were told installer would come to view issues and ONCE AGAIN no one turned up and no phone call! Yet another day of lost revenue for us and complete loss of faith in this company !

I had my Crimsafe doors and grilles installed by Wynstan at Riverwood. I was served by Julie in the showroom, who was very helpful and paitient. The goods were installed when promised and look and work great, no problems. The gentleman who installed was thorough, took his time and explained the product and how to best care for it. I have recommended to a bunch of friends also wanting Crimsafe doors and grilles and they also found the process quick and pain free. I would recommend Wynstan to anyone who wants to deal with a company that is straight forward and delivers on time - unlike so many other companies who take forever. I think it's because they manufacture in Sydney that the process seemed to be faster and the installer knew his product so well as he answered all of my questions with ease. I thought I would say something since I saw another review on here which I felt was a unfair to be honest. Cheers.

All good at first - I had all my verticals done with them as well as balcony security doors and a front door security screen. Three months after installation, the lounge room venetians (quite large, covering the balcony doors) came crashing down in the middle of the night. I made 4 phone calls, never received a response I then wrote a very detailed complaint letter to the manager at head office, and the very next day I received a phone call. I explained my situation, an installer came and I made them check every single blind - turns out the initial installer ran out of the correct screws/nails which should be really long to go all the way into the brick and support the weight of the blinds, and they actually used nails/screws half the correct size so over time the nails/screws just came out (they didn't use those green things which support the nail in the wall either) So basically, the new installer had to re-do everything but left the old nail holes in my walls.
