Enjoy life over 50The branch was formed in 1997 and continues to meet on a regular basis.
Our main meeting is at 2 pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month at Canton Beach Sports Club, 11 Hibbard Street, Toukley, NSW 2263 when we hear an informative guest speaker. There is also an optional lunch beforehand and a drink and chat afterwards.
We also enjoy a luncheon get together on the first Monday of each month at a different venue in Wyong Shire. This is in addition to BBQs, a Movie Group and regular social trips, examples of which have been a visit to NSW Mounted Police and a cruise on the Hunter River in Newcastle.
A six day holiday has been arranged in October at Yarrawonga, Victoria.

I am a senior and have recently joined National Seniors Wyong Branch and have found the people to be very friendly. We joined to have friendship with people of our age group. We have been to movies, mini golf, lunches, bbq's all within the past few months. I would highly recommend this group to other seniors.
New to the area, I joined the branch a little over a year ago and have enjoyed many delightful outings with this very friendly group. Now I'm going on a six day holiday with my new found friends. Can't wait. It's the kind of social contact Australians used to benefit from, with a local church. Definitely not a church, but lots of welcoming mates.
