This place is a rip off.
I don’t know who they are and they are taking $50 out of my acct
Can’t contact them. No phone number. Only way is by e mail.
Because My e mail is not registered with them, they want let me e mail them.
Looks like it’s up to the bank to chase them.
The "Beautiful Accounting Software" could be a nightmare when you need some support as a user. Please provide a support phone number! You're a service provider and there are times when people need help. As a Xero user sometimes I found I need to wait up to 11 hours in the queue just for an answer. But can you really receive a helpful answer? You'd likely receive a not very relevant reply when the supporting staff does not quite understand the issue. Then you write back to them praying that they could understand better and this time you are in the queue for 18 hours! then receive another not that relevant reply from a different person...You found yourself suffer a lot from Xero's weak support, it just wipes off all the convenience provided by bank feed and automatic data match.
Well they do have a customer service and it working perfeclt fine so don't defame a company the number is +1 877 22O 74O7
Well, they do not have one in Australia. When you say others are defaming Xero, please keep in mind that this website is for people to express their opinion freely.
