I hope I never have to deal with this company again. I've never spoken to a ruder customer service rep in my whole life. Delivery wasn't attempted, even though I was home all day. Upon calling them for redelivery I was told their driver WILL NOT deliver if a dog is present. I let them know, as I have in the past with other couriers, that our two dogs are friendly and I'll be home. I was told the driver still won't deliver. Not only have our dogs never had any prior history with aggression but we deal with many other couriers on a regular basis, all of which have had no problems redelivering once aware of our dogs friendly nature. When asked the reason why the driver refuses to redeliver, I was never given a clear answer. I can definitely appreciate and respect if there's a policy within the company for the driver but just wanted it explained to me and was beginning to feel a bit frustrated by this point at not receiving an explanation.
