I recently had a pergola fitted out with ceiling fans, lights and heaters.
His workmanship is outstanding, all wiring was enclosed in conduit and hidden as much as possible.
I am very fussy with quality of work, but his installation exceeded all of my expectations.
Good price and top quality, highly recommended.
Extremely unprofessional. Lack of customer service. Called on a Saturday for an emergency and answered with rude tone giving the impression that he was being inconvenienced. Rude and stated he was at a sporting event with his kid and to hurry up my call to him. Asked for advice as to another electrician who may be able to be contacted as I have a newborn baby and no power for heating and he hung the phone up. I sent a text saying he was unprofessional and he proceded to send profanity via text message in return.
As explained at the time, I was umpiring an under 9's football match. However I still gave you free advise on what to do. As for the messages you sent me following the phone call, would you like me to post the conversation here?
As I explained to this person while I was goal umpiring U9 football at Euchunga, I was unavailable that day, and couldn't assist until the following Thursday. However I still proceeded to give him free advise on what to do to restore power the the remainder of the house until an electrician could be hired. Exactly 10 min later I receive a follow up call questioning my phone diagnostic skills, & advising me that he knows a lot more that me. Once again I advised him to fix the water leak that had caused the fault and call an electrician, unfortunately he could not accept this as a satisfactory result & proceeded to hurl abuse, naturally I hung up. Still unsatisfied with the result he proceeded to send me a total of 9 abusive SMS consisting of name calling, questioning my licence, and bragging about the electrician that did assist him, claiming to be better skilled than I will ever be.
