Terrible service. Paid $160 for my daughters cake smash photos to be put on a framed print. Only to see them in black and white- i advised them i never asked for black and white but they said that the display i told them i liked was black and white... thats great, but if i wanted black and white photos i would have given them too you! The top of the frame was also not done correctly and was coming away from the image.
I was at the centre over the weekend, and came across this shop by accident. They had a displayed table near the entrance with a number of discounted picture frames, hard to miss with the large sale price they had across some of the baby frames, large wall frames and a few others. I came in looking specially at only one of the frames and ended up purchasing a few from $15 to $5, a great discount offers. The women serving at the shop was friendly and efficient, wouldnt mind returning when in the centre again to see their other products and picture printing options.
