Save yourself a lot of heartache and time....DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
My order was first apparently sent to the wrong address. I was then sent someone elses order. I spoke with someone who assured me they would send my order by express post. That was a week ago and no sign of it. The company refuse to respond to emails or phone calls. With one exception no one there seems to understand english particularly well.
I ordered on 30 August 2012. It is 10 February 2013 (6 months on) and still not recieved!! Many emails back and forth, all replies state 'in the next 7 days' . It's disgusting that they are still allowed to take orders before processing current 1's. Someone needs to investigate this company.
this company is atrocious!! do not ever do business with them or myphoto box! Although their website states a canvas turn around time is 7-14 working days, it have been 7 weeks and I have not heard anything from myphotobox. I emailed them after a month and was sent an automated reply stating that customer service would reply as soon as possible and never hear anything again.
Words cannot begin to explain the level of service from this 'company'
My canvas print was poor quality, including scuff marks and specks of missing paint. The frame wasn't made correctly so the picture does not sit flush against the wall.
The customer service team could hardly string together full coherent sentences and after many weeks of waiting for the refund I was promised it is still yet to materialise.
If it wasn't for the fact I live in QLD I'd be tempted to go throw the picture through their window!
They should be forced to fully refund all unhappy customers.
What a disgrace!
