THEY BROKE MY PHONE - They broke the home button on my iPhone when replacing the screen.... the staff admitted it wasn't broken when I gave the phone to them and signed the docket where it was written "home screen broken since replacing screen, will repair without charge. $0.00 under warranty". When I took the phone back the following day to have the button repaired, a management staff said they would not honour the repair of the home button, and I can take it to consumer affairs if I don't like it.
So disappointed, my phone is more broken now than when I took it to them
BEWARE - Awful service. Purchased a $25 charge cord. Took it to the car and found it had exposed wiring. Took it back to the store less than an hour after purchasing and was refused a refund or exchange!! Absolutely dreadful, arrogant salesman - will be contacting Office of Fair Trading. Stay away and spend your money on decent merchandise
