I found the lady in there very rude no personality and no smile. I went in three times on a Saturday and each time she didn’t even look at me she spoke like it was a problem to be there. Not just s bad day but every time. Also charged me more than I was quoted. She needs customer service skills badly . I will never go back
on thursday I had the need to use Xtreme Communications for an event as the major telco being telstra, didnt want to know me.The team at Tweed city went out of their way to assist me and were $25 cheaper than telstra,the staff were courteous and polite and I know that all my comms problems will be directed to Xtreme Communications, thans people
Absolutely terrible service, got a phone screen replaced and now the camera won't work and it is constantly searching for a service with or without a sim. Went in with a phone that needed a new screen, came out with a phone with a new screen, a broken camera and more. Would not recommend.
