Would have to say XY is definitely the best salon I've ever been to. I'm always greeted with a smile and my name, offered a drink, and love having a chat with all the staff! They really know how to make you feel at home... as well as a million dollars :) Keep up the good work girls, I'll be back in there again soon!
As a regular customer I am very pleased with this salons service. The beauty therapists are all so nice and very friendly. Feel very welcomed when first entering the store. All my treatments have been nothing but fantastic. Don't waste my time at any other salon couldn't recommend to anyone better.
Went in to try one session of microdermabrasion felt slightly pushed into buying three sessions as they had a special on. The staff was extremely pushy with trying to sell me the $100 products that I had said I did not want/need but still continued to try and make me buy them several times throughout the session and each time I went in.Not the best experience and will not be returning.
Hi Samantha, im sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience. I suppose, from our point of view, the majority of feedback we get these days is that clients no longer visit salons for a relaxation treatment, they visit to seek professional skin advice and achieve results based on their concerns. At XY, this is the belief that we follow as we are committed to helping clients achieve quality results with their skin and hopefully when required help to build their self esteem. If the therapist seemed pushy, i do apologise as that is not the way they are trained. They are trained to provide the best advice and service possible to better a persons skin or concerns. The best way to do this is indeed with ongoing treatments and professional skincare, however perhaps the staff member did not listen carefully enough to your thoughts on this. If you would like to email us, i can take this up with the staff member and implement some training to make it a better experience next time.
