I dealt with this jewellery and pawn shop twice only. On both occasions the woman behind the counter was rude, abrupt, unhelpful, and uninterested. I pawned a ring set, which i picked up on time the first time, after being told that they would never sell my rings, even if i was late picking them up. The second occasion, i went to get my rings almost a week after they were due, with the assurance of "we would never sell them". I find out they have indeed sold them. GONE. So i get a call about an hour later from the jeweller telling me he still has the engagement ring, however the wedding ring has been melted down. They tell me i can pay the full amount and they will organise the wedding ring for me. However, when i pay the full amount by the required date, they then ignore the fact about the little wedding ring and send me on my way. I now have to get a new ring made up at the cost of $600. NOW HERES THE REAL STOREY THE FIRST LOT OF RINGS WERE 4 MONTHS OVERDUE AND BROUGHT BACK OUT OF THE SHOP AGAIN JUST MUCKING US AROUND ON BROKEN PROMISES FOR WEEKS THE SECOND TIME ITS THE SAME MERRY GO ROUND WITH PROMISE AFTER PROMISE AND NO PICK UP ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PICK UP THE GOODS ON TIME ITS SIMPLE
absolutely false you need to pay your loans and pick up your goods on time as for displaying overpriced goods and a dirty shop your goods weren't good enough to display they were melt down rubbish only don't forget to put a bad post on where you got ripped off for them
