Yard Bags Garden Waste Removal provide a monthly service to the majority of our clients, providing our customers with a garden bag on a metal frame. You fill the bag and we clear it usually on a monthly basis. Most clients will have 12 clears in a year. Some clients prefer less clearances, you tell us what you require. Regardless of how often you have your bag cleared the cost is reasonable.
We provide you with a unique Yard Bags colour coded calendar that will clearly show when your bag clearance is due. If you find you have not used your bag or if it is only partly full you can call our office and request a "No Clear" for that month.

Do not sign up with this company!! Met this morning by a driver who stated "How about you come and look at this bag", attended the bag to find my wife had placed branches in that were overhanging so I told the driver I would gladly remove them for him and the attitude is not required, he then said "Just do it" so I removed them and told him to take the bag and don't replace it, we would rather cancel with attitude like that, he then grabbed the bag emptied ALL the grass onto our front lawn and left, upon ringing the company they told us the grass is OUR property and they don't have to take it
Tony88 should be totally truthful before he puts things in writing. Tony88 .. I can say that as I have a recording of what was said there is only part truth in what you have put here ... yes the driver did indeed ask you to have a look at the bag and yes he did ask you to remove part of the overhanging fronds but I don't believe there was aggression in his voice we when he spoke to you. Yes he did tip the bag out & remove the bag and frame. We do not tolerate abuse or nastiness being aimed at our drivers. ...read more
If your driver was polite he would have asked me to come and see the bag in a more professional manner than the way he did, and our account was overdue whilst we were overseas and was fixed upon arrival back in australia, as well as paying the overdue fees, the nastiness was in response to him swearing at me in my own house, which was the first thing stated by either party before I even had a chance to talk, completely unprovoked, and unprofessional. Did your driver know about our previous overdue account and was that the reason behind the foulmouthed nature?
