Called around for quotes. Decision to go with this business as the lady had through and seemed genuinely lovely. Wasnt rhe cheapest but we wanted to support local business . Got quote. Took car in. Then was told after work was done it would be another $100. Not impressed. So expressing my upset and calmly explaining that she said one price now adds more and said what's the solution here. Was told either pay or you dont get your car. So for $100 dispute on a $725 quote suddenly $825 she wants to retain my $60k car? Absolutely terrible experience. So now we have the cable for caravan fridge but no plug? If you buy a car and they say...now I'm going to charge more for the steering wheel how would you feel? Not only am I angry she refused to admit her error but straight away was unwilling to compromise. Not great service at all. Felt like she treated us like we were nothing. Not using this business again.

This shop is very good for auto work. The owner is very very very precise and always does a great job. His shop is always perfectly clean. The service is wonderful, prompt. The woman that works there (wife?) is always polite and professional. These people do a wonderful job in repairing cars and other equipment. The price is fair for the work carried out.
