I rang yarra valley automatics, because my transmission was leaking oil and was shifting through the gears terrible.
They were great got me straight in and straight out, was very helpful going that extra mile for the customer very satisfied. I Recommend.

My vehicle has transmission issues; it was serviced by Yarra Valley Automatic Transmissions by a previous owner and there is a service sticker on the door frame. It's likely the transmission is ready for a rebuild, so I called to find what works have been done to the car by them already. I've changed the filter twice in two years and it/s likely the clutch lining is nearly gone. Mind you, I'm calling as a potential new customer who needs a transmission rebuilt. Since I don't have the name or original rego of the owner who serviced it there, it was a bit of a long shot - but before we can get to that point I'm already decided upon never visiting this workshop. You see, The first time I call up (Monday afternoon) I'm told slightly rudely to call back 'at the end of next week'. Fair enough, they are busy. So I call back 10 days later on a Friday. I took my car to this place back in May 26Th 2010 and i just got it back on July 26Th 2012. when i went to steal my car back because he wanted money for doing nothing.

the front bumper was hanging off the car the engine is NOW blowing blue smoke and it had higher kms. PEOPLE NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Bought a second hand car and it had a sticker for these guys on the inside of the door frame.. never cared too much until my trans got stuck in "limp home mode" after a phone call, i was invited to just pop in to see if they could identify the issue.. went in there today and got some really helpful service and my car drives again! Thanks guys for your great service..
