Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery

The kids and adults all loved this surprise stop at the start of the Yarra Valley. While the chocolates are good quality, we didn't find them the very best we've had (Europeon standard). Great value for the family.

I've had the pleasure of going here a few times and it has always been so much fun and yummy goodness to be had. The moment you walk in those sliding doors, you're surrounded by chocolate in all directions it's a bit overwhelming. You can watch people make chocolate, sample chocolate or sit down and have chocolate. CHOCOLATE EVERY WHERE! YUMMMM

Humongous bowls of sample chocolate chips? Yes please. White, milk, and dark are all really good. As a plus, I took my best pictures of the Yarra Valley visit in the backyard here--the various fruit trees leading the eye toward rolling hills of grapevines are very picturesque.

Two visits in less than 6 months, and this place bver disappoints!

This place is very popular with kids and tourists. It is big and has a decent sized playground for the kids. The chocolates look fancy and well decorated but taste was average. I would probably get the same satisfaction from eat a Cadbury chocolate and would be cheaper too. Having said that, it is a good place to take the family for a day out.
