I find staff at this Post Office always friendly.

Sometimes the reminder cards for others end up in my P O Box



I love the new position of the upgraded store,

nearer to the R/way station, away from the Pub.

would rather travel to another suburb that use this post office the worst service they just don't seem to care i don't know how they stay in business surly they have to answer to someone

I dread going into this post office. Have sent parcels twice from this post office and neither time has the parcel been scanned. Just slack and uninterested. Yes I've also had a parcel sent back and I hadn't received notification to collect anything. Just slack and a waste of time and a display of contempt for the customer.

This post office does not have a clue what customer care means. Unfortunately it seems that all my parcels arrive here rather than the one on francis street next to my house. They have managed to send back 2 of my parcels without ever giving out a notification of arrival only with 1 of the parcels they managed to give me a final notice letter but when I tried to collect it 3 days after they had returned it already. The note where they are suppose to fill in the parcel number id was left blank so finding out what was send to me became impossible. When I confronted them with this and told them that filling in the form properly was part of their job and that now I had a lost parcel that I had no clue of what it was or where, they just ignored me and could not provide me with a reason for their lack of professionalism.

I really thought there would be better standards for auspost.

So dark and depressing inside, unfriendly, unhelpful staff and unpleasant experience every time..
I wish I live elsewhere so dont have to come here for business!
