what a gorgeous old fashioned shop, but with all the modern cons - air conditioning, ice creams, cold drinks, cappuccinos etc.... As the name suggests the shop is part *old world* and I was delighted when entering that's it's not just a place to buy a newspaper, sandwich, cake or cold drink, they also stock a small range of grocery items as well and there is a whole section devoted to vintage items that you can buy - a stunning wooden rocking horse, vintage home wares - salt and pepper shakers, cake stands, bottles and containers, and some small items of furniture. It really was like going back in time, seeing things you remembered in your nan's kitchen. Nice range of snacks, sweets, drinks etc were available for sale, and very friendly and helpful staff :-)
