YMCA Early Learning Centre

For the last 2 years this centre has played a numbers game with my daughter who is now 2yrs old. They kept moving her in and out of different rooms and took away her sense of familiarity just so they can manage their carer vs child ratios. Now she has been deemed emotionally unstable to progress through to the next stage of developement. Extremely disappointed and sad that my daughter went through this ordeal for the sake of numbers. YMCA Management’s prerogatives are not inline with the child’s well being. The only reason why I’ve even given 1 Star is because I have to rate in order to submit this review. There should be a -5 Star, as that is what I will give.

The centre has gone down hill sincerely the director has departed. Ive withdrawn my child from the lack of supervision
