We specialise in teaching how to breath more efficiently by offering what yoga calls Pranayama classes. Breathing in yoga and everyday life has an impact on our nervous system and by understanding its function, we can improve our overall health.

As a beginner, I was immediately made to feel welcome at Light Source Yoga, and that it was okay that I'd had little yoga experience. Light Source Yoga was recommended to me as being holistic-breath, posture, nutrition, meditation- with Paul the teacher having had considerable time in India with Indian yoga teachers from extensive yoga lineage. I found this is what sets Light Source Yoga apart from other yoga classes I had attended. For me, it is a wonderful experience, not only with the physical aspect, but also spiritually. I highly recommend anyone to experience Light Source Yoga Cairns classes.
