Instructor: Donna Gianniotis has been teaching yoga for over a decade. Her classes are a gentle style of yoga that is accessible to all. The classes encourage a deep reconnection to oneself via the feeling sense. The classes work at building strength and flexibility in a way that nurtures and encourages gentleness in the body. The practise works by releasing nervous tension, anxiousness and hardness in the body so you begin to experience true harmony. A joyful, restorative, meditative class that nourishes your whole being.
We also offer Group Yoga Classes in various locations across Sydney:
- Sydney's Northern Beaches (Warriewood) Tuesdays 10 - 11.15am
- Glebe (Inner West) Wednesdays 7 - 8pm

Donna's yoga classes are the perfect way to relieve tension and stress built up during the week. Through guided meditation, breathing techniques and gentle stretches, she teaches us how to connect mind and body, and incorporate this into everyday life. Her classes are healing, peaceful and grounding. I am so grateful i began classes with her and highly recommend it to all.
I have learnt more at donnas classes in the last 6 months than I have learnt in a lifetime of yoga. You leave donnas classes feeling calmer and more energised it has an effect on your life and your families. The studio within a house is a beautiful space with a retreat like outlook. If you have the opportunity to experience one of donnas classes you are very lucky indeed.
I love going to Donna's classes. She is warm and friendly and makes our classes relaxing and enjoyable. Its a place to learn how to connect with, and listen to my body. To slow down life a little and relax. I love the slow but strong movements we do. I highly recommend coming along .
I highly recommend this Yoga class. Donna is such a lovely person & has many years of experience, I feel very safe in her hands. The class offers a gentle & self nurturing exercise that helps you to get out of your head & connect back to your body, which feels absolutely beautiful! You also learn how to incorporate this connection into your daily living so you can feel this beautiful all of the time!
This is a Yoga like I have never experienced before. The focus is upon connecting back to what is happening within your body, beyond physical symptoms but also feelings and learning to honor those sensations during the tender practise.
I would recommend it to any beginner, any advanced yogi as well as anyone who would just let to be better connected to themselves in a gentle and easy way.
