Through YOGA we reach out and make contact with ourselves. Why Yoga? - Because it makes you feel good!YOGA heals and purifies. Through relaxed gentle movements, appropriate to the individual, YOGA offers a process of subtle stimulation that can both energise and calm the body/mind system. Effort and attention are used to create strength and flexibility, to make us malleable, as well as to cleanse and clear away rigidity and inflexibility. Yoga serves to purify the mind and allows us to perceive more clearly.
WHAT IS OFFERED?
* Yoga is for everyone at whatever stage and at whatever age;
* A gentle flowing "Viniyoga" that is based in ancient tradition, guided by the teachings of TKV Desikachar and his father Krishnamacharya
