Ready to start Yoga? Come join this 5 week foundation course, starting Tuesday 14th May.
Yoga Pulse is your local Yoga community. There is a great choice of weekly morning or evening Yoga classes suitable for beginners or those with more experience. Enjoy the benefits of a small number of students per class.
Regular practice of Yoga has many benefits including improved posture, flexibility and strength, reducing tension and stress, while bringing an overall increased sense of well being.
Your Teacher is experienced in both Traditional Hatha Yoga and Prana FlowTM: Energetic Vinyasa. (Registered with IYTA, Samudra Global School of Living Yoga and Yoga Australia Level 2)
