YogaCalm was established in Hurstville in 2006 and offers a range of hatha yoga classes, workshops, private sessions, corporate yoga and retreats. Classes include Beginners, Prenatal, Mums & Bubs, Restorative, Back & Neck Care, General, Meditation and Vinyasa Flow (yoga sequences specific to the seasons). The Hurstville Studio is fully equipped with yoga equipment and class size is up to 12 students. YogaCalm teachers are available to teach private sessions and also teach in workplaces and schools.
