I've been coming here regularly to Helen for about 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have regular facial treatments which have completely transformed my skin. My skin was prone to break outs but now after having facials and peels on a regular basis, my skin glows! It is a miracle!! I highly recommend Helen and her team!

Worst eyelash extension experience ever! I went in for a 2 week refill, and the lady simply took a few eyelashes off and then stuck a few back on. The ones she stuck on were a different length. I had glue in my eyes, I had tears running down the side of my face. I paid $80 for a horrible look! I now have eyelashes sticking out in all different directions. When I pay for a professional service I expect to leave the salon with a professional look! When I rang up today the lady would not give me refund, she claims because the last place I went to did a bad job, thats why I'm not happy. NO ! ITS BECAUSE YOU DID NOT MAKE THEM ANY BETTER. THEYRE BAD BECAUSE YOU DID A BAD JOB !

Helen and her team at you day spa are consistently fantastic. I really enjoy going there for waxing, manicures, and facials.

For nails their manicures are beautifully hand done, not a cheap, salon experience which damages your nails and sands off your cuticles. I've had acrylics on a couple of occasions and they are shaped perfectly, very detail focused. I have regular facial treatments which have transformed my skin. My skin was very congested and prone to break outs but now after regular peels, my skin is smoother, less puffy and my pores are smaller. Highly recommend.

Decided on a whim to get my nails done today instead of my usual thursday night pamper session. So, I asked around the office and a lady recommended this place to me. I work just around the corner but I hadn't noticed it before. The owner is an awesome lady! She gave me a full refill of Gel nails for $60.00, and she fit me in at lunch and had me back at the office in record time. I get my nails done every fortnight and never have I seen such attention to detail. She did an awesome job and was pleasantly chatty. The whole vibe of the place is so relaxing, it's the best way I have ever spent my lunch break. I highly recommend it to anyone working in the city. They are set to move in the next 6 weeks but I'll follow them! Never again will I go to a nail place in a shopping center. The whole experience was great.
