We exclusively use Dermalogica products for all our face and body treatments, Techno Tanning for all our tanning, Caron Brilliance XXX wax for all our waxing and OPI and Mancine for all our Manicure and Pedicure treatments.
New to the salon are IPL Hair removal, pigmentation and vascular treatment, Microdermabrasion and Shellac nails.

I had my eyebrows waxed here and they destroyed them. Not only did they ignore what I told them about how I wanted them done, but they also didn't look anything like the photo I brought in. It took me months to grow my eyebrows to where they were and now they are ruined. I will never be going back here. They were quite rough and heavy handed - a very upsetting, disappointing experience.

I had my very first visit at You Skin and Body today. The whole experience was absolutely pleasant. I believe the staff is definitely well-trained as I was pretty much taken care with very professional manners. There is for sure I will pay my second visit anytime soon.
Update on my review a few days ago... I have just gotten home from having an amazing massage at You Skin & Body (to be fair the treatments were never in question) I am booked in again next Saturday for my remaining treatment.
Larissa got in touch with me within an hour or so after she heard of what had happened, I must admit this incident was over 18 months ago too. She had just employed a couple of new staff members who I think were a little unsure of how to split the voucher...
So all in all my advice is if you have any problems at all then contact Larissa directly and she will make sure everyone is happy x
