I was pretty disappointed with the service here. The staff made an inappropriate comment to one of my bridesmaids about her weight loss which was pretty upsetting for her. On the day the alterations were not done properly and my bridesmaid had to keep pulling the dress up over her bra. I was too far gone in the process to leave, but if I had my time over I would have gone elsewhere.

So pleased with the service and dresses from Young Designers Gallery. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting in colour and style. We received many compliments on the day. Highly recommended. Reasonable prices.

Terrible customer service. They were rude and guided me to make a decision that turned out to not be what I expected or wanted. They refused to refund or offer a resolution after multiple attempts to try and communicate with them, they had a 'tough luck' attitude. I could not use the dress and had had to buy another one, leaving me out of pocket $340 which is not what anyone needs when planning a wedding. The dresses in store are fine, but if something goes wrong with you order they will not help you and will not care about your experience as a customer, I wouldn't risk using them for any part of your wedding.

A hidden gem! Adele and her staff are patient and friendly, and boy do they know their stuff! The dress they suggested for me was not what I had in mind, but once I tried it on I knew I'd found "the one". Thank you Adele and team for making my day.

They were rude to my bridesmaids, to the point of insulting them. They ordered the wrong sizes and made us pay for alterations. I would not recommend them to anyone. Such a horrible experience to have when trying to plan a wedding.
