Young Pools Refurbishments

This is just the same business that is listed as Young Pools and Outdoor Living. They are just using a different name. They currently have three different names listed with Australian Government Business Register and historical records showing eleven business names and three trading names??
The initial job was substandard. The business owner stated work was done to his usual high standard. His wife and business partner then inspected the pool and noted areas that were not up to standard. He advised he could patch areas but the job would not be as structurally sound as the original work, so we reluctantly left the pool as it was. After just two years and the recoating is flaking off the walls, a problem that did not exist before the work. We are currently working our way through the tribunal system.
