My wife tried to call this morning to order a bunch of flowers from interstate not only were they extremely rude, they didn't have the flowers we wanted and didn't even offer us something different then said they would need to get a courier service in and that just seemed too much for them. We wanted flowers to be delivered literally 100m up the road and were happy to pay a courier but after such a bad first impression we will never be phoning this company again.
