I will not recommend this practice to anyone . The rudeness from the receptionists, the lack of empathy and regard for the patients is unbelievable. Dr Kate Clowes has left this surgery without contacting her patients, and this practice could not be bothered to contact her patients to tell them the situation. I have an elderly mother who suffers from dementia, and they were happy to assign a registrar to take over. When I asked why they didn't call me regarding Kate Clowes departure, the secretary told me that it was up to Kate to contact her patients, and it had nothing to do with the surgery. I've been attending this practice for many years and highly rate the doctors but agree with others that their receptionists are horrendous. With the exception of one very polite lady in Ashfield I feel unwelcomed, like I'm bothering them and as they peer up at me from their desk as if I'm some kind of inconvenience. Agree with others that their receptionists let the place down. Gosh I wish they'd retire most of them and get a new batch with an ounce of customer service.

Great practice - very easy to book an appointment online and never have to wait too long to see the doctor. Great local practice if you live in the area.

Most of the doctors are great but I do tend to pick & choose the best doctors when I have the luxury of doing so... Dr Best & Dr Murtagh are fantastic with kids. Dr Mann is the best for women's issues. I really like that they make appointments and usually stick very well to their times. Staffs are great. Doctors won't let you down. They will help and fight for you 'til the end. They never provide false hopes instead they will look for the right specialist and would tell your what's the truth.



With good bedside manner. We love them.
