I went to Jo a number of times. The first time I got it cut it - I hated it and it was uneven. The price for colour was okay so I just never let Jo cut my hair again.

Then I went in and stated very clearly I had a number of upcoming events and wanted I stay blonde until after July. Jo suggested bayalage as my hair was already blonde. I ended up walking out with brown hair. I told Jo I wanted my money back and she wouldn't give it back. Loosing $80 is bad enough but having brown hair instead of blonde for my birthday and a wedding is a joke.



Stay away.

This hairdresser did a very bad job of my hair. I asked for long at the front & shorter at the back, a popular style at the moment, but they cut so much off that the front of my hair is just below my eyebrows. I specifically told them I didn't like the front short. Now I can barely scrap it back to hide it until it grows back. I look like I stepped out of 1983 with hair that has no style whatsoever. My hair was shoulder length and I specified I didn't want a lot off , but they chopped off huge pieces at a time and did no checking of the length. I have never seen a hairdresser cut hair like that. This is by far the worst hair cut I have ever had. I do not recommend this hairdresser.

I appreciate just how convenient it is for me to be able to get my hair done after the usual trading hours of normal salons. Jo does all she can to suit times convenient for me. The salon is very professional and very quiet and relaxing as you are the only client there. I have never had to wait when I arrived for my appointment,unlike other salons.

Jo is very friendly and treats you more like a friend than a client.

I always look forward to my hairdresser appointment with Jo !

I have visit Jo twice now and both times her customer service has impressed. She is very accommodating with appointment times, met me at the front of her salon on arrival and her bubbly personality is very easy to like. As the only client you get her undivided attention to getting the job done and each time she has delivered my colour request to the 'T'. Her studio is no different to a regular salon in appearance and the prices are great too!
