I have just completed 6 body wraps and 2 liposuction without surgery treatments and unfortunately the only thing that made me go back was the fact I had already paid and the lady who wrapped me. I understand the building is heritage listed but it is not day spa worthy there is an old spa bath and no where to place your items where you get changed, you are then put into reused suits that smell like someone else's odor every time and once you are wrapped you have to sit in chairs that hairdressers use to wash your hair while people walk past you constantly... Definitely confronting to experience... I put up with this because I truly believed I would loose weight and even though on paper I lost over 120cm I didn't loose one kg or notice any change in my clothing... I am the Owner of Your Sanctuary Day Spa, and as a paying customer I have a weekly treatment, using the Amazing Contour Body Wrap, as it work on the detoxifying process. This will cleanse, tone and tighten the skin in just 1 hour, plus at the same time, lose a minimum of 15 cms. All our staff, including myself, have the highest standard looking after our clients, and never at any time, would we keep our client’s waiting, whilst we would leave a client waiting whilst we pampered ourself. Our policy is, to take our clients and treat them as gold. Live by the Golden Rule, ‘do unto others, as you would have them done unto yourself.’

As i have been a client at Your Sanctuary Day Spa for the last 2 years, commencing with some relaxation, by having a massage, this was fantastic, just what I needed as I am a shift worker, the hours are most accommodating, and as they are open 7 days a week. I have also been having Tattoo Removal treatments, and they work, I am more than impressed. The service is great, the staff are excellent, and their cafe, Sanctuary Garden Cafe, is simply first class, especially their coffee, as I am very particular where I drink coffee!! Would recommend most highly!!
I have my big day coming up in a couple of weeks and could not move those last stubborn few centimetres. Thankfully I heard the ad for Your Sanctuary Day Spa on the radio and now with their fabulous treatments and helpful guidance, my dress fits like a glove. Thank you ladies, loved the ambience in the building and everyone there. Have to mention the great coffee at their garden Cafe as well - best in Sydney.
