My experience at this Shop in Australia Fair was very unpleasant.
It was around 12:30 on 14/11/15 my partner & I were shopping at the centre. I saw this shop, there were some nice dresses displayed so I decided to go into the shop, and my partner said that he would wait outside for me and he joked about something, so we were laughing and I was still looking back at him and laughing as I walked into the shop.
A few seconds after I had entered the shop I realised that the shop assistant had said Hello to me, and I then turned around and said Hello to her. I had the same experience at the branch in Australia Fair today. I was completely taken aback by the woman's attitude when I asked an innocent on whether banks still charged small businesses a fee when customers used cards instead of cash. She absolutely flew off the handle stating that I was extremely rude for having the audacity to ask what percentage she paid in to the bank! What? Lady I didn't even mention the word 'percentage' nor am I interested in knowing what your banking entails. She just lost it. I would never support this business again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.
Truly the rudest most arrogant shop assistant I have ever come across. Clothes aren't that special. Not a pleasure to enter their store, I wouldn't recommend dealing with them mid range clothing line. Will never recommend or visit again. Customer service is meant to be just that-how have they ever survived in this business.
I too, have been extremely dissapointed, at the attitude of the salesperson in this store, on a recent visit. I found staff to be confronting, arrogant and extremely unhelpful. I was unimpressed by the clothing and definitely will not ever go back. When I told staff that the Management had lost a customer staff's reply was " oh well, we have a large clientel anyway !!!! "
