- Process payroll on MYOB accounts, check cards details and ensure all leave is approved
- Superannuation: Reconcile & remit on quarterly basis
- PAYG Installments activity review: Reconcile & pay PAYG withheld tax monthly/quarterly

Reconciliation:
-Bank statements
-loan accounts
-credit card statements

Business Activity Statements prepared related to GST matter
-Reconciled to MYOB accounts
-Prepared and lodged monthly/quarterly BAS

Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bills and invoice entry, ensure receipt of payments is within customer terms, reconcile them to trade debtor and trade creditor.
-Regularly prompt payments, Accounts paid Online banking, cheque or credit card (If client authorizes us to be a full duties accountant)

Financial Reports:
- Regularly reviewed monthly/quarterly with Senior Accountant/Director

Other Duties:
- Insurances: Workers Compensation for Business ? annual review and payment
- Maintenance of MYOB program ? updates
- ATO Integrated Client Account and Income Tax Account are monitored, paid and reconciled
