I have been to this Restaurant a few times. I would recommend it more for casual dining or just for some Chinese takeaway. It's a small premise with only about 6 tables, but it does get very busy with the locals popping in to pick up some takeaway Chinese for the family. The salt and pepper squid is nice, and the food in general is decent. I however wouldn't go too often because it isn't the beat Chinese food avaliable, and the portions are small to my standards.
