they don't know english. I provided simple instructions and they messed up. took years to have my hair the way it was. whenever I asked them something they wouldn't say anything, never answered me directly. they just don't know English, the staff are all fresh from the boat. none of them smile, really weird to be in the salon. only worth going to this place if you're also indian so you can actually communicate with them.
