My experience With ZAC Homes is the bad experience ever.Regretting from the beginning to up until now.If you believe sweet talking sales person [name removed] and pay 15K then you are trapped and doomed. Brick work is not the best for them. There are problems in drainage. They never attend you after completion. Many things they promise they will not deliver. They promised me brick veneer house and tricked me in to signing half brick veneer and half clad house. You may not see all the thing on their inclusion list ending up in your contract. They differ. You got to be very careful with them. Silly thing they will put a bill on you.
Eg
1. To take an inspector with you to inspect your house is 100 per hour
2. The variation they charged for an item was 10K. I asked for the breakdown. They said it would cost $750 just to do the breakdown cost.
