Simon has done a fantastic job of updating the Research Meat Supply. I always judge a butcher by the quality of the mince - if the mince is lean & fresh, then the chances are that the rest of the meat is too. This is true of Zack's. They sell a wide range of cuts of different meats, do their own smoking and also sell sauces, condiments and local produce.
I know people who travel from other suburbs to buy their meat at Zack's. If you want quality meat, it's definitely a great place to shop.
