Very disappointing - food was terrible. Service was not much better. We had coffee (incredibly strong, almost undrinkable), eggs on toast (toast almost uncooked, like eggs on bread). Also they were unable to deliver on one specific order - to cook the eggs well done, not runny. I would have thought anyone could manage to cook eggs well-done.

We will never be going back. The people on the next table were also incredibly disappointed with their meals.

After sending our meals back 95% uneaten (and not wanting replacement meals) we were still required to pay in full, there was no apology and no responsibility taken by the staff. Terrible customer service, the staff really need to attend a class for "customer service 101".

The worst cafe experience my husband and I have ever had (and we've had a lot and are really not fussy people).

Walked into restaurant, sat down asked for water and waiter rudely said "I was going to get that", Wine was brought to table and had floating pieces of cork in the cup, ordered mixed vegetable soup and pumpkin soup was brought out... upon complaining waiter asked "is that ok?" , no spoon brought out for soup just a dirty fork that I had to complain about, my friends chicken salad had seafood in it, was extremely spicy (not on menu) and worst of all the chicken was pink and undercooked. Upon payment and further complaint we recieved the wine for free but when we complained about the soup they stated "its only a dollar difference between the soup and the wine".

A truly horrible experience and we encourage no one to ever go there.

Friendly service and good food. Breakfast served until well into the afternoon. They do a great Mocha and their poached eggs are always nice. If you're after coffee and cake, they have an awesome selection of cakes but I'd have to recommend the Orange & Pistachio tart - it's definitely one to share between two. Their chocolate fudge brownie slice is good when it's good and when it's not, it's very dry and not fudgey at all.... shame.
