The martial arts training is comprehensive and draws on influences from karate, aikido, and muay Thai. The focus is on the art of martial arts as opposed to sports training. Students get fitter and stronger as they progress on their martial arts path while gaining real life skills including self respect, a great work ethic and sense of self.
Our self defence curriculum is based on the principles of awareness, avoidance and pre-emption. We teach you to effectively manage situations of potential and actual conflict in order to survive the acts of violence so prevalent in our society today.
We also offer small group and corporate fitness and conditioning services which get people stronger, leaner, fitter and moving better through predominantly bodyweight exercise and drills.
