This place has been a great place to shop since it opened a few years ago. I have constantly been back to this place whenever I am in the need for the latest European fashion. Their staff are nice and friendly and they always have the latest fashion trend clothes on stock. It's is a must shop place for those in the market for the latest European clothes.
It’s been quite some time since I’ve returned back here since their opening. I’ve been shopping at Zara in Spain for many years before they had opened up here in Melbourne. What I found was a lot of their older stock from Europe’s earlier season was brought over here, as they were already discounted and on sale in Spain from previous season. The layout of the store is consistent with how it’s presented in Spain, price wise isn’t really the same. I found it to be cheaper in Europe, but then again if you’re not traveling there the options of what is available here locally is quite good. The design and style of Zara clothing is easy to wear and stylish for both men and women even their children’s range.
This Zara is the best I've found so far.
Despite Melbourne being known for its locals having great taste and style, it's a wonder why this Zara and no others are always stocked to the brim with styles and sizes you cannot find in other states.
Every time I come here I found a fantastic dress or coat which they simply don't stock in Sydney, or don't plan on sticking for a while. Knowing this store is fashion forward (which is strange for a retail giant), I always make sure I pop by here so I can walk away happy.
It would have been 5 stars, but because these guys are so busy it's hard to get some help, however it's a bonus that there is a lot of space to move around on all levels. Also wish they would have more seats (so Mr N can sit and play games on his phone while I'm busy).
I was extremely excited when they first opened up here. The styles are always up to date. The strong presence of door security highlights how popular this place gets. I remember there were lines of people outside when it first opened. It is centrally located on Bourke Street in the heart of Melbourne. There are 3 floors - women's wear, menswear and children's wear. They also have a decent accessories line. I've had a not so ideal return experience here recently, which was very disappointing. The person in charge made it very difficult for me to return a top that had shrunken in the first wash. I have never had trouble with any of their other stores.
