I thought I'd have a treat for my desert Tonight. So i went to Zarbys and bought a 'slice' of Cheesecake.. not only was the slice half the size of anywhere else in Woodend.. (the thickest part at the crust' was the Whole of 3cm across and 11cm long..i honestly thought it was a half slice.. My House mate then said She had a piece Twice that size when she was there Last. They had the nerve to charge me $7.50 and the didn't offer and Cream.. Who's the misery there? Where's the consistency in Proportional servings? I used to be a Good regular Customer of Zarbys but of late its more and more of a misery to eat at. Miserable management miserable staff.. And now miserable Customers . Do yourselves a favor & Go Else-Where to eat!
Very disappointing, I have never had to send back food, but fritters came out undercooked and raw, not once but twice, then when we asked the waitress whether they should be cooked more, a very defensive message from the chef that this is the way they make it, totally gooey center....hmmm....then to dessert- stale Pavlova, very surprised and unhappy. Would not recommend it all.
