Zarraffa's Coffee

Management can't manage jack without stuffing it up. Don't have a clue what they are doing. Over heard staff member k** complaining about owners daughter. Very unprofessional to do that while in ear shot of customers

We are regulars here. We are always greeted with a welcoming smile and a passion for coffee. The barristas know their stuff and always get our order right. I trained as a barrista with the sole purpose of finding out what makes a good coffee. The coffee here is never burnt, is always the right temperature and beautifully decorated.

We have only had one small issue (which could have been serious) and that was that we bought a sticky date cookie only to realise after a bite (not swallowed thank goodness) that it contained walnuts (a severe allergen). This wasn't written on the sticker, but we didn't ask, so we take responsibility for this.

This will continue to be our afternoon coffee stop for some time.

To die for coffee!! The staff are very consistent with the way they make your order. Great taste each time. I bet all the staff are coffee lovers!! You can tell.

Best coffee in the north side. Highly recommended.

Best coffee in Chermside Centre. I like coming here, the staff are friendly and the service is good.
