Staff are always friendly and service is quick. Good little coffee shop :)

With so many people wanting work, nothing annoys me more than "dead staff". It takes no effort at all to add a little inflection into the voice when you ask a customer what they want. A smile is nice too. And when a customer asks for a drink to have less ice, so that it is drinkable, not a slushy, respect their wishes.
The girl who took my order had difficulty making me feel that taking my order was not a burden. With only 5 mins left to be open, they were still open, so act open. There were about 4 other people waiting and their orders weren't called out when ready, they were just put on the counter for the customer to work out if it was theirs or not.
Seriously management, get people who want a job and who are going to benefit your business.
