Zarraffa's Coffee

Such a shame that bad staff attitude let this place down. Too many times I have gone back only to find the same atmosphere and today as well the coffee was lukewarm!!

Great location, lots of customers, come on guys lift your game.

Horrible. TOO MUCH STAFF MEANS LACK OF COORDINATION & POLITICS!! I simply asked for Flatwhite with two sweateners. When the staff called says Double shot flatwhite with 2 sweateners. I politely said "I never asked for double shot but it is OK", staff looked at other staff(who took order) puzzled and then said "This is just a normal flatwhite sir". Another staff who heard this quite rudely yelled at me, Stop! Don't go it may be someone elses coffee, what is your ticket number? The management over heard came all smiling to see what was happening. The second staff who told me to stop after looking at computer and realizing that they had made a mistake says we can make you another coffee.



I was just happy to leave ASAP with any sort of coffee and stay away. Pathetic Teamwork!! Be prepared if you go for a coffee here.

Always a pleasure to stop in and grab my Saturday morning coffee here. Both the coffee and service are great each time. You may wait a little bit in busier periods but it's worth it.

I'm not knocking Zarraffas's here, they usually have lovely rich coffee and nice baked goods, however I have never had much luck with this location. The small entrance is quickly filled up, and the positioning of a shelf behind the registrar just makes it even more crowded inside. There is booth seating inside and covered patio seating outside, however the coffee will probably not have you sticking around, as they seem to have allot of trainee's at this location. Not that it's bad to have trainees, obviously have to start somewhere, but if you are in need of a good cup of coffee, there are more reliable locations.
