Zarraffa's Coffee

This store has got really bad with service and quality. No one happy to work there anymore very sad unfriendly bunch. Really disappointing this store was 100%. When it opened then owners sold. You ask for hot food and it is old to late after you drive off. Latest issue coffee has gone downhill big time very discusting pay $6 for cup only worth $2 maccas quality. Then they put cracked lids on cups and all the girls who show a little interest say is zarraffas cost cutting. Won't be cost cutting if some one gets burns it will be very expensive to zarraffas in law suit. Come on guys this store is rating 2-10 at moment very disappointing.

What has happened to this once great store? Service is slow, some staff are unfriendly, orders go m.i.a and it is grubby and chaotic. Hope this is just a hiccup and things return to how they once were real soon.
